If you do not already know your nail sizes in the shape you want, Before ordering a set that requires nail sizes, it's essential to use our sizing kit if it isn't included with your order to determine your nail size.

Please be aware: Sizing accuracy is the responsibility of the client. Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for incorrect sizing.

To ensure the perfect fit:

• Please ensure your nails are accurately sized, preferably when they are bare. If you currently have gel or acrylic nails, we recommend removing them beforehand, as they can affect measurement accuracy.

Each nail shape varies slightly in size, so it's advisable to order a sizing kit in each desired shape for the best fit.

Our pre-made sets come with 14 nails and are available without a sizing kit.

It typically takes 3 to 5 days to process an order, although unforeseen events may occasionally cause delays – please bear in mind that we're a small team of just two people!

Yes and no. If you apply them with adhesive tabs, they are fully reusable! However, if you apply them with glue or gel, they are not reusable as they must be filed off or soaked off to avoid damaging the natural nail. Press-on nails are made with plastic and soft gel, so they will dissolve in acetone.

~~While adhesive tabs can be removed this way, soaking GLUE APPLIED nails in warm water, soap, and oil does not dissolve glue. Using this method will peel off layers of your natural nails as you remove the press-ons, leaving them weak and brittle. Prolonged, regular water exposure only weakens the bond over time, it does not dissolve or remove glue.
